Injection packers
They serve for the grouting of special materials into the building constructions for purpose of sealing, damp-proofing, penetration, impregnation, bonding or consolidation of a building construction. Our company produces and supply steel, aluminum, plastic and adhesive (stick) packers.
Packers are produced with a ball-head or flat-head nipple and could be also equipped with a double valve. We supply 4 jaws couplers or hook-on-couplers for the connection of the packer to the hose according to the type of the nipple of the packer.
The steel mechanical packers with diameter of the sealing rubber 10 mm version M-5 and with diameter of the sealing rubber 13 mm version M-6 we produce with a special sealing rubber produced according to our protected industrial design. This design consists in a special geometry of the surface that insures considerably better sealing of the packer in the borehole by the help of the spiral grooves and ragged surface.
01 Mechanical steel packer OPD
The steel double-casing grouting packers OPD have a body that consists of 2 casings. They are produced in four basic variants, namely M5, M6, M8 and M10.
02 Mechanical steel packer with thrust piece OPK
The steel grouting packers OPK are produced in 3 basic versions M5, M6 and M8. OPK versions M5 could be used for the micro-groutings up to the working pressures of 150 bars (15 MPa), OPK versions M6 up to 200 bars (20 MPa) and OPK versions M8 up to 350 bars (35 MPa).
03 One-day packers (with double-valve)
It concerns special packers (DV) that are equipped with a second clack-valve at the head of the packer. This system allows the dismounting of the packer immediately after the effected grouting and to treat the grouted place.
04 Aluminum packers APD
They are the modification of packers OPD. Aluminum double-casing packers APD are produced in version M8. The diameters of the sealing rubbers are 13 mm. It is possible to ensure various diameters of rubbers and lengths of packers.
05 Alloy packers
The alloy packers SPK are produced from the alloy of zinc (93%), aluminium (4%), cadmium (2%) and other additives. These packers are similar to packers DV (with double-valve), which allow the demounting (brake-up/un-screwing) of the packer straight after the finishing of the grouting. They are produced in versions M-4, M-5, M-7 and M-8 and in diameters of the sealing rubbers of 6, 8, 10, 14 and 16 ...
06 Packers for curtain grouting OPD-PM-KM
It concerns a special double-casing packer designated for the grouting of the gel materials. The gel packers could be equipped with double rubber sealing on the request. This packer features large inside diameter c.6 mm.
07 Adhesion (stick) packers
The adhesion packers are produced from tenacious plastic or metal. The adhesion packers are designated for grouting there, where isn’t possible to carry out the bored holes. The values of the grouting pressures used are limited by the connecting material used for the adhesion of the packer onto the grouted massif.
08 Hammer in plastic packers
They are produced in versions SK (with the ball that has the function of the clack-valve) or BK (without the ball). They are used for pressure-less or low-pressure grouting up to the 100 bars (10 MPa). They are used the most at groutings of the brick masonry. Placing of the plastic injectors is done by means of the plastic or metal strikers that we also have in our assortment.
09 Autogrouting packer
These packers are used for the low-pressure grouting of cracks in the concrete by epoxy or polyurethane resins.
10 Plastic-tile packers NT
It concerns a special packer designated for a low-pressure groutings for example into the joints between the tiles. The diameter of the bored hole is 6 mm for this packer. Recommended working pressure: up to 5 Mpa (50 bars)
